The briefing will take place on Wednesday 31 October 2007 at London Stock Exchange from 16.00 to 19.00.
AIM is the international market for smaller, growing companies, operated by the London Stock Exchange in London. With over 1,600 companies already listed, from a range of international business sectors, AIM is already the world’s most successful market for high growth companies.
This briefing examines the option of flotation on AIM, the potential benefits it can bring to Ukraine-based businesses and the steps a company would need to take to achieve a listing, and would be particularly useful for Ukrainian companies which are considering flotation on the stock market in order to raise funds to facilitate the growth of their business or to execute an investment strategy.
